YOU provides care, support and advice services to thousands of vulnerable people who face homelessness and/or social exlusion each year. We aim to give people the tools and resources they need to live independent, secure and valued lives. We employ approximately 500 staff delivering services across Hampshire and Dorset. This includes over 100 workers on our Premier Crew, our internal staffing agency which is a great way to work flexibly around other commitments.
