Please note that in order to comply with current legislation, you will need to prove that you are eligible to work in the United Kingdom. If you are shortlisted, you will need to bring the following original documentation with you:
- A passport stating that the holder is a British Citizen, or a passport showing that the holder has the right of abode in the United Kingdom
- An original birth certificate issued in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland, plus documents showing any name change (eg marriage certificate).
- A document showing your National Insurance Number
- Qualification certificates and/or membership cards of professional bodies where relevant.
Please note that we may hold personal information in paper or electronic form concerning candidates in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We may destroy or delete that information when no longer required without seeking your further consent. All information will be kept in a confidential manner.
Please also note that all offers of employment will be subject to satisfactory references and medical clearance. An enhanced Criminal Bureau Disclosure will also be required for all posts working with service users. This may include an enhanced check and a POVA check (Protection of Vulnerable Adults) for certain jobs.
