Premier Crew

Premier Crew is our internal staffing agency. By joining the Premier Crew you can work for YOU providing cover for staff holidays, sickness and shortages. You will be a worker, not a permament member of staff, but will enjoy the benefits of a good hourly rate, core training, working in an organisation that provides care, support and advice to vulnerable people, with a positive and can-do culture.  Many of our Premier Crew workers gain permanent jobs with us because they enjoy working for YOU.

The Premier Crew can be flexible to your working needs. You can specify the hours you want to work, the type of work you would like to do and where you work.  However, we are looking for people who are flexible too, and who can sometimes work at short notice. It is a great way to work across different services, gaining broad experience and helping a variety of service users.

We have services in Portsmouth; Fareham; Gosport; Portchester; Havant; Waterlooville; Petersfield; Havant; Basingstoke; New Milton; Weymouth; Bridport and Sherbourne.
